Tactical Training Systems was established in 2003 by Thomas E. Owens. Today, Tactical Training Systems is a research-based, interdisciplinary, training and consultation corporation.

Tactical Training Systems is a diverse group of professionals, brought together by one common goal, and a common commitment to excellence. Our staff consists of individuals with seasoned criminal justice trainers and practitioners. We have collectively provided training and consultation to U.S. law enforcement agencies and civilians alike.
