S.W.A.T. Entries:
We stress individual operator and team responsibility with emphasis on Route Patterns, Fields of Fire and Angles of Fire. Participants learn to clear rooms, barricades/oddities, closets, hallways and effectively deal with "Unknowns" (unarmed occupants). Target identification, target engagement and shot placement are skills stressed throughout. We provide alternative methods because all structures/conveyances vary. The course teaches the importance of Speed, Surprise, Firepower and Violence of Action and how to maintain these elements throughout the operation. Special operators must be a part of the Solution, not the Confusion. Overview of emergency response operations, Guidelines for establishing administrative policy and procedures, Command Post Operations, Liability concerns for command staff personnel, Selection of SWAT team personnel, SWAT team training concerns and requirements, Physical standards for SWAT team personnel, Weapons qualification courses, Selection of sniper team personnel, Sniper utilization/deployment guidelines, and Raid planning and execution. This is a one week course and can structure to fit your departments needs.

S.W.A.T. Rappelling:
Course candidates can analyze situations where high angle options may give a tactical advantage, plan and execute this option using their team's equipment. They will also be responsible for maintaining training of team members, team equipment, and to assist in training of team recruits. This session is to take candidates who have demonstrated a high degree of ability and interest in performing tactically in the high angle environment, to the level of team rappel master. Emphasis will be placed on anchor placement, safety, team training and maintenance of team equipment. This is a five-day course and will include the following teaching points: knots, equipment, anchor points, and descent procedures.

Vehicle Assaults:
Specialized training for repossessing a vehicle. Course will condition student mentally and physically for dealing with different types of vehicle clearing to include cars, vans, trucks, buses, small planes, and trains. Students will learn how to plan, rehearse and conduct techniques in daylight and nighttime environments.

Hostage Rescue:
S.W.A.T. Officers will learn how to Plan and execute a hostage rescue. The class will cover Buildings, Equipment, Vehicles, the Blanket taker, and the Open air.
